Located in the beautiful Copper Mountains of Colorado. Carbonate Realty owns various rental and time share properties popular with people who enjoy outdoor activities year round. Built along the mountains their properties have stairs everywhere some new and some old. They are different sizes and depths, and they needed to be kept safe in all four seasons of Colorado weather.
Solution
Fortunately, Tom was able to find Amstep Products. He was impressed with the quality of the samples he received and his ability to customize his order with different sizes and depths Tom ordered #511A stair treads for some of the older steps. These covered the entire tread providing total non-slip protection and covering unsightly wear spots that were present. His newer steps were a beautiful cedar which homeowners loved. There he decided on model #351A non-slip stair nosings to protect the front nose and cover the first 5 inches of each step but still show the attractive underlying wood. As Carbonate works its way around its many properties, they know they can count on Amstep Products to provide customized stair nosings and treads to meet their needs.
